At Alessi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your design purchase. If your item is not a perfect fit for your home, you may return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Alessi account or use our guest returns portal to enter your order number and email address to start the request.

• 2.
  Print Return Label

  Once your return is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Carefully place the items in their original Alessi designer packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
